Pre Christmas 2008



Member vineyards of The Local Collection have announced four new releases in the lead up to Christmas and summer on the peninsula.

Roger and Hannah at Dunns Creek Estate have announced a limited release 2008 Arneis, a grape variety fro Piedmont, north-east Italy. Low acid and best drunk young - a great summer wine. 

John and Ruth from Point Leo Road Vineyard have announced two new releases: an 06 Chardonnay and their 05 Sparkling Blanc de Noir.
The Chardonay is smooth and buttery.
The sparkling is a first ever release, sexy and salmon this is made from pinot noir grapes. Delicate and lovely - a special wine to celebrate summer.

Whinstone announces their very limited 08 Muscadet Melon. Light, elegant and refreshing.

Come along for pre-Christmas tastings, make up a mixed dozen for family, friend or colleague.
